How to remove your data from Shossip.

Remove a connected account

Disconnecting an account in Shossip (Accounts → remove) revokes Shossip’s access at the platform and deletes the stored access tokens immediately. You can also revoke Shossip from the platform’s own settings (e.g. Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations) and Shossip will stop accessing it.

Delete all your data

Signed in to Shossip? Go to Settings → Your data to export everything or delete your account and all associated data — connected accounts, posts, scheduled content, analytics, and API keys — instantly. You can also email samuel.taylor19@gmail.comfrom your account address with the subject “Delete my Shossip data” and we’ll complete it within 30 days.

When you remove the app from Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us an automated deletion request. We verify it, delete the affected accounts and their content automatically, and revoke our access at the platform — the status appears on this page via the confirmation link Meta shows you.
