These terms govern your use of Shossip. By connecting an account or publishing through Shossip, you agree to them.
The service
Shossip lets you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and publish, edit, remove, respond to comments on, and measure your posts from a single dashboard.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform’s terms and policies.
- You must not use Shossip for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate any platform’s rules.
Platform compliance
Shossip acts through the official APIs of the connected platforms and is subject to their terms. Those platforms may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time, which can affect Shossip’s functionality.
Availability & disclaimer
Shossip is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every post, edit, or deletion will succeed, since outcomes depend on third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shossip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content published, platform actions, or service interruptions.
Termination
You may stop using Shossip and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
